Your reserved rooms will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Should the rooms be ready earlier, we will gladly accommodate your check-in before 3:00 PM. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM can easily leave their luggage at reception from 8:00 AM.
Arrivals after reception closing time (after 6:00 pm) will be handled via our key machine by prior arrangement.
Yes, after your check-out you are welcome to store your luggage with us for a few hours.
Yes, we use hypoallergenic linens in all rooms. Pets are not allowed on the entire second floor.
Yes, we offer both vegan and vegetarian breakfast options.
Yes, we will gladly prepare a gluten-free breakfast for you upon prior request.
Yes, you are welcome to store your bicycle in our courtyard or in our locked garage.
Directly in front of the building, on Köllnischer Platz, there is a limited number of public parking spaces. Additionally, street parking is free.
If you have booked a double room, you are welcome to travel as a couple.
Pets are allowed on the first floor of our house upon request. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of ten euros.
The books in the rooms are gifts from our neighbors, and the books in the café are from the old library and are very dear to us; we would appreciate it if you would keep them here. We have a special "book exchange book" for swapping books. This is freely available in the hallway. We are also looking for books by the following authors: Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Octavio Paz, and Wilhelm Bölsche. We would be happy to exchange these for a cup of coffee.
Breakfast is not included in the room price. You can order it à la carte from our in-house baguette shop on weekdays from 7 a.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. Therefore, there is no fixed price.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, but we provide standing fans in the summer.
Yes, we have provided body and hair soap for you.

Arriving after 6 pm is also no problem. In this case, please let us know in advance, and we will arrange a code for the key box. There is also staff on site at all times.

Yes, Baguette & Buch is a public café. It is open from 7 a.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. on weekends. Visitors from outside the area are very welcome.

We know that traveling can present unique challenges for autistic people – and we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Therefore, we offer the following options:
• Contactless check-in: Upon request, we offer a completely contactless arrival where you can check in independently – without waiting times or direct communication.
• Quiet retreats: If you prefer to sit away from the hustle and bustle during breakfast or in the café, we will gladly reserve a quiet table for you if possible – or, if logistically feasible, even allow you to eat in your room.
• Individual adjustments: If you wish to avoid certain stimuli or prefer specific procedures, we will gladly implement these where possible. Just let us know.
